Because of this, joint pain also occurs. There is unbearable pain in the body. This also causes kidney stones. Due to which urinary diseases arise. There is unbearable pain in the bladder and there is a burning sensation in the urine. Urine comes frequently. This uric acid makes a healthy person sick.

Pay special attention to your diet to avoid uric acid. Remove the scum while cooking the dal. Try using less pulse. It is better to use pulses without skins. Avoid eating lentils, rice and curd etc. at night. If possible, eat foods rich in fiber.

Oat
Use more and more barley to get rid of uric acid. The specialty of barley is that it absorbs uric acid and is effective in getting it out of the body. That's why definitely include Oat in your daily diet. In the summer season, you can drink barley porridge, you can make barley porridge, you can make bread made of barley flour.

Cumin is also very beneficial for uric acid patients. Steel, calcium, zinc and phosphorus are found in large quantities in cumin. Apart from this, antioxidants are present in high amounts in it, which reduce joint pain and swelling due to uric acid. It is also helpful in removing toxic substances from the body.

Lemons
The citric acid present in lemons prevents the increase in the level of uric acid in the body.
